Public website
Public pages do not require an account. There are no advertisements. Optional analytics runs only with your permission. The web server records request times, paths and IP addresses for operations and security. Logs rotate daily, with seven rotated logs retained in normal operation.
Optional public-page analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads on public pages only after you choose “Allow analytics.” No analytics requests or cookies are sent before a choice or after declining. Your choice is stored in this browser for 180 days. Use “Analytics choices” in the footer to change or withdraw permission at any time.
When allowed, Google receives public-page addresses and titles, the referring site’s domain, visit timing, general browser/device information and a random cookie identifier. Google can derive an approximate region from the connection’s IP address. Analytics cookies expire within 180 days; user and event data are retained for two months, while aggregate reports may last longer.
We do not send names, emails, BOIDs, Mero Share details, portfolios, form answers or private records to analytics. Sign-in and private dashboard pages have no analytics. URLs containing a query or fragment are not measured. Advertising features, Google Signals and user-provided data collection are off. Google may process data outside Nepal; see Google’s privacy policy. Withdrawing consent does not erase past aggregate reports.
Public checklist
The checklist and calculator run in your browser. Checkbox states are saved in this browser only when you choose “Save on this device.” Clear removes that copy. Do not enter names or account details; the checklist uses member numbers.
Private beta
Your household dashboard uses Google sign-in. The Google Identity Services script loads on the sign-in page and communicates with Google to display its button and verify your account. Limited member profiles, such as a name, DP and last four BOID digits, and records you enter are saved in your workspace. Mero Share passwords are transmitted for sign-in but are not stored. Transaction PINs are not collected.
Temporary account sessions use encrypted, HttpOnly, Secure cookies and last at most one hour. Retrieved private reports stay in page memory. Exported files are under your control and should be stored carefully.
Support, deletion requests and service providers
Deadline reminders are generated from your saved watchlist on the server every 15 minutes and retained for 30 days. This continues while your browser is closed; delivery is currently inside the dashboard only. Sending a support email shares your address and message with the Gmail mailbox. The arthadiyo.com website and household records are hosted on DigitalOcean. Google verifies your sign-in; we save your Google identifier, email and display name. Sign-in cookies expire after seven days. Mero Share connection cookies expire after one hour. Our earlier private beta remains separate on ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare; no records are migrated automatically. Workspace archives are recoverable for seven days. The latest seven daily database snapshots are retained on the same server. Backups are restricted to the service account; off-server backup is not yet configured. Archives may remain in those snapshots until rotation. Archiving is not immediate permanent deletion.
