A practical IPO checklist for 10 family members

Keep consent, application references and outcomes organized across a household.

A single application can be easy to follow. Across ten accounts, an expired sign-in, an unconfirmed submission or a duplicated record can become confusing. A short, repeatable checklist makes the next action visible.

1. Start with permission and account readiness

Get each member’s permission before managing their records. Keep the account in that person’s control. Do not put passwords, transaction PINs, CRNs or full BOIDs into shared notes or spreadsheets. Use member numbers on the public checklist.

2. Separate a plan from an application

Planning to apply is different from submitting an application. Mark a member as applied only after checking confirmation in the official portal. Match the member, issue, application date and official reference before saving a record.

3. Check the outcome separately

A current share balance is not proof of an allotment from a particular IPO. Confirm the outcome using the official result or application report. An unknown result must stay unknown, rather than becoming zero allotted units.

4. Keep a useful reference

The private beta has a separate saved-history register for your own records and source references. You can also print the free ten-member checklist. Checking a box never submits an application.
